Okays so it’s that time of year when we are all searching for good holiday deals, whether it is to get away on a cheeky 3 day city break, rent a cottage in the Cotswolds for a week or book a cruise in the med!

Whilst looking fir holidays today and inspiration on interior design I found this fantastic luxury apartment in New York on the trendland newsletter.

I think the layout is modern and clean-cut, elegantly dressed with a strong use of natural light from full the ceiling to floor windows and the luxury fabrics which shimmer in all lights.

Check it out… If I had the money I would, wouldn’t you?

Dietz Lantern Building in Tribeca, New York City

Located in the Dietz Lantern Building in Tribeca, New York City. This one-of-a-kind luxury duplex penthouse occupies the building’s entire top two floors with five bedroom and five and a half bathroom. Offering amazing east, west, north, and south views of the city, the terrace with its gorgeous lap swimming pool really makes this penthouse so unique!

Not that I’m in love with the ugly furniture, this Trendhome review is all about the apartment, the pool/terrace and the location, location, location (429 Greenwich Street)! If you have an extra $22 Million, its yours!
